surprises...
top 3 surprises of yesterday =)1. i survived the day without eating rice (but i was so close to calling 8-7000 to order 2 piece chickenjoy as midnight snack, haha!) - my dinner was one big beef mami that i don't normally eat but it was okay because i downed 6 royce afterwards, hehe. lunch was starbucks goodies. i skipped breakfast.
2. i told a friend that i have this big thing for carlo so now i officially have my "man of the hour" because it's been a while since i've had one. it's really great seeing him in his element and still down to earth even if he's clearly on his way to becoming big. a client friend once told me he looks like a shrimp but what can i say, i love shrimps! (especially a shrimp who excel in sports and has passion for the arts, hehe)
3. coffee tasting at starbucks. i think they picked me because they've seen me hanging around their place ever since i got back from singapore. two starbucks girls filled me in on the details and it was quite an experience. i go to starbucks for the pastries, tea and juice (and it's my refuge when i just want to be alone with my ipod and a book) but not really for coffee but after that session (free pastries and coffee!) i could very well inch my way into enjoying real coffee breaks soon ;)
i'm sticking around for more surprises courtesy of me and my quirkiness and everything else around me... =)
