on restos and dating

nobility of imperfection

june has not exactly welcomed me with loving, open arms but i found solace in this phrase - nobility of imperfection. i've been striving to imbibe the happiness project and the first few days have been a mix of highs and lows. i am, of course, very thankful for the highs but the lows i'd like to do something about. the only thing that makes it easier to go through the future is by not pounding myself too hard. still i would like to turn a new leaf for june starting tomorrow because i am also fond of the number 8.

for the empire who keeps striking back, i shall strike back with a stellar good job from afar.
for the impression i am trying to make on someone, i shall stop trying and just be me from afar.
for the strange moods i've been giving into at the expense of a handful of people, i shall no longer succumb to.

three simple to do's that will help me with my big 10 for the year. let's see how this will go for me.
