greenbelt files 1: age does matter
spotted: cute guy across me at the chapel. i noticed, got distracted but quickly re-focused to listening to the homily.
after the mass
scene: rainy friday, need umbrella to get back to the main mall building. 3 girls in front of me get picked up by the guard with umbrella so i wait for my turn to cross.
cute guy: (with umbrella appears beside me) going to the other side?
me: (why not?) smiles and nods (yes, i managed to do these two things)
after a few very slow seconds (it was the only time i wished for a longer pathway to appear)
me: thanks
cute guy: okay PO
waaaaah, po?! is this a sign to stop "crush-ing" miguel ;) buwahahahaha seriously...

i didn't get the memo
okay fine i did, it's just that my dear friend C told me to wear blue instead. a good decision when you're an atenean seated on ringside but la salle side (and by all means it does not mean the i love president cory less in fact i''ve been wearing yellow blouses and dresses the past few days) ;) it's been a while since my last live uaap game and what better way to revive school spirit than by watching an ateneo-dlsu game. it was quite an experience seating beside a la sallian, correction surrounded by la sallians. i'm not so emotional these days and actually pretty polite in my cheering but it still didn't stop me from staring the green supporters down after that stupid player kicked austria. he could have picked a better time than when the camera had the perfect angle to catch him on the act. tsk tsk tsk. it was a truly exciting close game filled with all kinds of drama including a near brawl, technical fouls and an OT but it wasn't the Eagles best game. i believe they could have won it earlier and quite more convincingly but then again they struggled to be in their best form from beginning to the end. they liked being pushed to the wall, that's when they step up. it's nice for viewing but not so nice if you're a fan cheering them on, most especially when you know they can do so much better. so yes kudos to the team for winning but next time please refrain from giving us heart problems ;) one big fight!
