you know you are best friends if...(based on recent episodes)
...a phone call that's only meant to ask where you are lasts for almost an hour...a weird out of the blue text signals timeout to the no text because im studying rule
...you chat until 6 am sunday morning even if you haven't had sleep since thursday
and grunch you sure fall under the category these days especially after coming with me to the kind of party you'd really rather not go to but i have to so you went anyway AND then the dessert at manila pen was an awesome (note an adjective usually reserved for my alex karev) best friend move, lucky me(haha)! but really thanks grunchy=)

It's never quiet in your life for long. Always, there's a knock on the door. 'Can you help me?' Or the phone rings. 'I'm sorry to bother you but...' Now you, of course, like to pretend that you are tough and together. You are no sucker for a sob story. Nobody takes you for a ride. The marines are very interested when you tell them this. The rest of us, though, have seen you in action. We know just how crazily kind you can be. This weekend, though, you know exactly where to draw the line...My life is not always quiet but I do not mind. I actually like being given the chance to help other people. I am not bothered if people come up to me if it means making a positive difference in that person's life no matter how small that difference may be. I can be tough and together but I crash and burn sometimes only I rise up to tell the tale of second chances. I am a sucker for sob stories. I bawl over cartoons but these days I am learning to take it all in minus the tears. Sometimes people take me for a ride but somehow they never get to the part where they hurt me so much I can't recover. The marines have never seen me in action and I do not want their interest so people who know me well will understand when I say there is no line to be drawn because the people I love are just as crazily kind to me. So Cainer, as always, makes sense and in fact he always has this freaky way of getting a hint of my future right but as in the season ender of my other favorite tv series heroes - the future is not written in stone - so armed with compassion and love we have to keep on fighting for our own happy endings.

ruby...
is here for a visit! we've been through a lot - grade school life filled with childhood drama, drought from high school to college, real drama after college and now we're just keeping it steady =) there will be no pictures because she refuses to be "touristy" but as in all the other special people in my life dinner at abe in serendra was a must along with a visit to the dessert places around...keep rocking in davao and gen san!=)(1:29 AM) ♥ tal

boracay proofs!
with teppy and stephen!*stephen brought his whole rowing team to our party and boy were they a wild bunch, haha. i wonder who finished most of the 60 cases of San Mig Light?! Hehe It was so much fun having them around until after the lights and sounds were already out!
with teppy! *good times...that's all we have to remember dearie! work and life in general would never be the same without teppy dear. we hang in there because we have each other.
with my fave clients rita and ken along with teppy and sep!*it was great to have spent time with rita and ken away from manila where all we did was talk a bit about work and the rest was spent guessing 80's music and making fun of each other. it was also a good thing that sep was able to drop by our event despite her super hectic san miguel schedule. this has got to be your best bora pic sep!
with kuya robert and psb!*my angels in the next room...NEVER failed to indulge me with my chocolate cravings, i mean we were all partying with everyone else holding beer when out of the blue kuya comes up and says "alam kod hindi ka pa nag di-dinner" sabay abot ng snickers! how can i not love them?!...these guys made sure i am always a happy girl, i mean feeding with me mongkok for my first bora meal (6 pm lunch, beat that!)
with inengsky, a perfect shot - thanks to adam!*we really thought we were blocking the logo when this shot was taken but like our short lived trip we thought would be short of fun for ineng's first boracay experience instead we ended up enjoying sailing with of course ineng's dear gino, grunchy and ully.

parasailing!*ully was so nice for saying it was okay with him if i barfed while we were up there (thank God I didn't) after all I'm sure he's had lots of similar experience in emirates;)
all aboard asian spirit jet flight, special thanks to julie and erwin!*we literally rocked the plane all throughout the 35 minutes flight! hay, boracay felt so near because the next thing we know we were landing already!
This Boracay trip was truly something else! =)
