mothers...and babies...
the theme for our christmas tree in the office is baby because after all baby jesus is the center of christmas. i requested for my father to email me baby pictures because the only ones i have here in manila (one with my brother and the other with my lola) i cannot seem to find. that same evening my mother calls to clarify what i need because she's the one who knows where the albums are. after my explanation she says "i'm looking nga for the picture when you were a fairy." waaaah! good thing they called otherwise my father would have sent me the fairy picture that i don't like. thankfully my father emailed me 5 photos and my dear mother had to inlcude that fairy picture that you guys will never see, haha! hay, mothers talaga...=)
i got teased by close friends in the office because i look like a boy in one of my baby pictures (the second one) and that in another picture i maybe wearing a dress but with my pose i might as well be wearing a cowboy attire (third picture). the fourth picture, the one now hanging in our office christmas tree, might well be the start of my girly days but still for those people who cannot understand (that includes my mother!) why i don't bother being lady like at all times it's because i was born that way! haha. so a whole lot of lecture on what it's like to be a lady, ballet lessons, personality development classes for four freakin' summers are all a waste...come on, i did well during the graduation presentations but i can't just be a baby doll. fine, i can be one but one that can kick a**. yeah!
on a another note totally not related to babies, i just had a great time at neo spa this evening...see i enjoy the so called finer things in life too, hehe =)
